Sarafan Khorasan Zamin – Herat Exchange Union Business Building
The Herat Exchange Union leaders have contracted UMTES Group to execute the Sarafan Khorasan Zamin project, one of the largest projects in Herat.
UMTES Group is committed to completing this major project on time and according to the highest international standards.
This project encompasses a built-up area of 3,500 square meters and an overall area exceeding 60,000 square meters.
Utilizing the expertise of experienced Afghan and Turkish engineers and a skilled workforce, alongside modern construction machinery, the structural was successfully completed within 8 months.
The second phase of the project, which includes fire protection, electrical work, ductwork, water, and sewage systems, is currently underway and nearing completion.
Additionally, Umtes Group has assembled a team of engineers and technicians for the facade work, collaborating with Dempa, a reputable Turkish company specializing in facade construction.
A significant portion of the facade work has already been completed, and efforts are underway to fully finish and inaugurate the project soon. The facade construction uses the latest technology and modern materials, enhancing the beauty and modernity of Herat.
